That way you'll be helping the cause and rewarding the publisher for having invested their funds into this important work.   I only see chapters 1 and 5. Does anyone know how to access the other? I've tried both Firefox and Chrome. I'm using Windows 7.

I found your book in german at my local bookseller and every page I read impressed me more and more. I love the way you show your view on the events by telling an interesting and touching story in great words and pictures.
